In a traditional activation session, you usually lie down in stillness and surrender.
In ShaktiFlow, you stay active and embodied.
You move, breathe, and allow the energy to flow through motion, music, and expression.
It’s less about receiving and more about learning how to work with the energy through your body.

Moving the body creates awareness, circulation, and sensitivity.
There is no pressure to feel anything specific.

You are simply invited to move in the way your body wants to move.

Yes, we do require cameras to be on during the sessions.
This is for safety and support. As facilitators, we need to be able to see what is happening in your body so we can hold the space responsibly, work with you energetically, and gently guide if needed. The container includes activation elements, so being able to visually track participants helps us make sure everyone is safe and supported as energy moves.
Your privacy will still be respected.
At the start of the journey, we will check in with the group and mutually agree on how the screen is set up. This may be gallery view or a speaker-focused view, depending on what feels most comfortable for everyone. We will honour the group’s preference.
The camera is mainly for us as facilitators, not for participants to observe each other. You are welcome to position your camera in a way that feels comfortable and private, while still allowing us to see enough to support you safely.

You are held within a guided and supportive space, and each session includes grounding and integration at the end.

If you miss a session, you can still continue the journey.
Each week builds on the last, but every session also stands on its own as a complete experience. You will receive the recording, so you can move through the practice in your own time and still stay connected to the rhythm of the container that week.
During the live sessions, we ask everyone to keep their camera on for safety and support, as this allows us to see what is happening in your body and hold the activation space responsibly.
With the recordings, the space is already energetically contained from the live session. You are not being actively worked with in real time, so you are free to move at your own pace, pause when needed, and create a calm, private environment where you feel comfortable to follow along.
Many people find the replay to be a beautiful way to gently reconnect with the practice, release tension, and stay in flow, even if they can’t be present live that week.

A small area where you can stand, stretch, and move freely is more than enough.
You may want a yoga mat, water nearby, and comfortable clothing.
