This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from Enchanted Life Ltd, trading as Enchanted Life by Maia, through our website, sales pages, checkout pages, or direct payment links.
This policy currently applies to physical products including, but not limited to, Shakti Goddess Hair Serum.

2. UK shipping
UK standard shipping is currently included in the listed price for Shakti Goddess Hair Serum, unless stated otherwise on the product page, checkout page, or offer page.
This means there is no additional standard UK postage charge at checkout for this product unless you choose, request, or are offered an upgraded delivery option.
If future products have different shipping terms, these will be stated on the relevant product page or checkout page.
3. Processing and dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–10 business days after your order is placed, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, sales page, pre-order page, or order confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, bank holidays, public holidays, or days where postal services are not operating as normal.
Please note that this is a small independent business. Every order is prepared with care, and we do our best to provide a smooth, beautiful, and reliable service. Your understanding is appreciated if there are occasional delays during busy periods, launch periods, illness, supply delays, or unexpected circumstances.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. UK delivery service
UK orders will usually be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 2nd Class tracked service, or an equivalent tracked delivery service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch, but this is an estimated delivery aim and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postcode, postal delays, weather, strikes, seasonal demand, bank holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
5. Delivery timeframe
Our usual estimated timeline for UK orders is:
Order processing and dispatch: 3–10 business days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: usually 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service
Unless we have agreed a longer timeframe with you, or unless a different timeframe is clearly stated on the product or pre-order page, we aim to deliver goods within 30 days of accepting your order.
6. Pre-orders and launch orders
Some products may be sold as pre-orders or launch specials.
If you purchase a pre-order product, the product page or order confirmation will state the expected shipping date or estimated dispatch window.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by production, packaging, ingredient supply, fulfilment, postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update. Where required by law, you may have the right to cancel if we cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe.
7. Europe and international shipping
Shipping to Europe or other international destinations may be possible, but it is not currently included in the standard product price.

Additional international shipping fees will apply and will depend on your delivery region, parcel size, parcel weight, postage service, tracking level, and any relevant fulfilment costs.
Where international shipping is agreed, we will confirm the additional shipping cost and send a separate invoice or payment request before dispatching your order.
Your order will only be dispatched internationally once the additional shipping invoice has been paid.
8. Customs, import taxes, VAT, and duties for international orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other local charges when the parcel arrives.
These charges are not included in our product price or standard shipping price unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
You, as the customer, are responsible for checking and paying any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling charges, or fees required by your country.
We cannot predict or control these charges, and they vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, or local postal handling procedures.
If you refuse to pay customs or import charges and the parcel is returned to us, any refund will be assessed once the product is safely returned. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and any loss in product value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
9. Delivery address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address details provided by you.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, packed, labelled, or posted.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, you may need to pay additional postage for the order to be resent.
10. Missed deliveries and uncollected parcels
If Royal Mail or another delivery provider attempts delivery and you are not available, it is your responsibility to follow the delivery provider’s instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel within the stated timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or delivery was not rearranged, we may ask you to pay the cost of resending it.
If you no longer want the order after it has been returned to us, any refund will be considered in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law. Original postage, return postage, and handling costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
11. Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are partly outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please first check your tracking information and allow a little extra time during busy postal periods.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and delivery details.
We will help you check the tracking information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry or claim with the delivery provider.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we will offer a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the circumstances.
12. Damaged parcels or damaged products
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the product inside appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

photos of the damaged product
photos of any leakage, breakage, or visible damage
Please keep the packaging and product until we have reviewed the issue, as this may be needed for a postal claim.
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy under UK consumer law.
13. Packaging
We package products carefully to help protect them during delivery.
Because our products are created and dispatched by a small business, packaging may occasionally vary depending on available materials, batch size, or practical fulfilment needs.
We aim to package orders beautifully, safely, and responsibly wherever possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic products such as hair serum cannot usually be returned for change of mind once opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, unless the product is faulty.
If a return is accepted, please do not send the product back until we have confirmed the return by email. The correct return address will be provided in the email confirmation of the accepted return.
