I’ve carried chronic stress in my body for so long that it had started to feel normal. Tight shoulders, deep rooted tension, and a mind that couldn’t switch off. In my Shakti Alignment session with Maia, I experienced something I hadn’t felt in years: a deep exhale, a softness in my body, and the kind of rest where you feel safe to truly let go.
